Doing a workshop on journaling has always been one of my creative dreams. As an introvert, I have always preferred working behind the scenes but I love journaling so much I was so excited to share my practice with others. So, on August 20, 2016, my wish came true with the help of Craft Party Ph.
We spent the morning documenting our thoughts, ideas, dreams and wishes in our journals.
Thank you Costa Coffee, BGC, for providing us with an intimate venue with yummy snacks and drinks.
Thank you Labrador Philippines for providing us with the M Stitch Journal (my favorite!). To Life Documented Manila and Lasting Impression for sending in inspiring Project Life cards.
Thank you to Bee Happy PH for sending in inks, colored pens, stickers and other embellishments for prettifying our journal. To Scrappy Manila, whose scrapbook supplies are must haves for any journaling session. To Hobby Depot, whose washi tapes and stickers helped to add more dimension to our journaling pages.
Thank you to Kraft Kart for the lovely hand carved stamps and for giving away customized stamps for participants.
Thank you to Saffy Tenten, for providing us with beautiful patterned paper. To Marryl Crafts, who a raffled off a free seat for one lucky participant, sent us a lovely stamp set plus raffle prizes.
Thank you, The Little Whisk Ph, for the yummy journal themed red velvet cookies. To The Stationer Extraordinaire, who sent in 2 beautiful Strathmore Watercolor Journals as raffle prizes.
Thank you to the ladies behind Craft Party PH… Mia, Nica and Fhely for believing in me and helping me to see the event through.
To Fhely, Rissy, Trician, Sha, Mel, Tess, Anne, Sanaz, Rosebe, Dandee, Kim and Karla, thank you for spending your morning with me. You have helped me make my dream of running a journaling workshop come true. Super happy to have met new art friends 🙂
