Here’s how I’ve been using my Dotted TN Insert by Yumi Journals. I received mine from The Stationer Extraordinaire. It comes in 85 gsm, ivory dotted paper, perfect for people who love to do bullet journaling. It fits any regular sized Traveler’s Notebook. And, the best part …. it’s fountain pen friendly, yay!
I’m always drawn to journals that have a plain cover. I decorated it with a piece of chipboard from the Gossamer Blue Feb Life Pages kit.
I’m using this journal to help me organize my creative life. Because one of my creative goals is to write at least 20 blogposts for 2017, I used the first page to jot down ideas. I really enjoy writing things down; it helps me to remember ideas better. Love how the dotted paper makes my handwriting look neater.
I also wrote down the museums/art spots I have visited and plan to visit. I feel quite proud of myself for thinking of an icon system to differentiate each item. A shaded circle will indicate that a blogpost has already been done, a circle with a dot inside means I have been to that art spot, while a blank circle means I have yet to visit the place.
On the next pages, I plan to write about other things relevant to my creative life like workshops/classes to attend, craft project ideas and many more.
