hi tina! i like that book because that’s where i got the technique of calendart journaling. She has some techniques na you can use so that you really have “no excuse” to start journaling, like using a daily planner. My sister, rissy (makingideashappen on ig), and i love this book din “Journal it” by jenny doh. Pero my ultimate favourite talaga is The Creative License by Danny Gregory. It’s one of the books that got me to start journaling. 🙂
